Teamwork

Teamwork.  Ahhh they (am not sure who they is) say how important teamwork is ... that we need to work as a team to make progress.  But ... might I be so bold as to suggest that working in unison does not always mean doing the same thing ... rather it means being aware of others, gathering input from others, then reading what is needed.  Not always does everything have to be talked out, rather trusting that we each bring something valuable to the table (or is it the kayak).  Today our "team" went out for our "monthly" play activity ... kayaking!

One team paddled in silence, one in unison, one learned how to avoid banks, and the fourth in conversation and photography (guess which one I was on!)

So each "team" learning together ... on Thursday we might even "process" what we learned.

How did Jesus and his 12 disciples build their team?
