As I grow older I wish that I will age with graceI will hold onto the traditions
I will laugh and cry
I will see how I have changed
I will see how I have stayed the same
It is in the heart that we dance
We dance with aging
We dance with intentionality
Gliding with the music
As the beat subsides
Gracefully we dance
Showing our love
With our hands and our hearts
May I age with this grace ....

I struggle, as we all do. Mostly I want to be healthy and strong. I am not sure I want to live long; I just want to not burden others. God tells me that I have a lot to learn in life, so I expect my wishes to not all come true.
