It Sunday afternoon ... and I am ready to try something new. Drying herbs. Now people have been doing this all over the worlds for many years but not me. A few days ago the sage bush was trimmed ... and then it became a centerpiece in the dining room. Today I searched the newest reference "book" (google) and decided to give it a try! With twine and the scissors I started the process. Now in the basement are six bunches of sage hanging ... they say about 10 days. All the "leftovers" from the process ended up in the compost pile! Am feeling satisfied. There was this treasure outside. Now it has the potential to give again!
