As a young child in California one learns that standing in a doorway is a safe place in the event of an earthquake. More than once in the night have I found myself standing in the doorway. You will find this instruction on almost every preparedness list.
In one's personal journey however when we stand in the doorway we may feel safe from the what may fall ... however it isn't until we step through the threshold that we can live and experience life! Christ offers us life and love and the beauty of all that is! Come walk through the opening ... see what awaits!
