The Divine is present in children!
One adolescent plus two children ... a day of laughter and fun.
"Come play with us" they say
"Can we walk in the creek"
"How far can we go?"
"Can you hear me now?"
"Marco" they cry in unison
"Polo" the adults respond.
"Shhhh. I'm pretending to be asleep"
"Wait. Now it is my turn."
Suddenly 17 is 7!
And the angst of adolescence is far from one's mind.
Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."
Matthew 19:14
Tomorrow we will dance for joy in the sun!
