What happened to the Sabbath?

"There are six days when you may work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of rest, a day of sacred assembly. You are not to do any work; wherever you live, it is a Sabbath to the Lord." Lev 23:3

What happened to the Sabbath?
Wasn't that supposed to be what today was?
Now I'm not complaining mind you, but it felt like a lot of action today.
The highlight of the day was worship ... listening to the word, praying, singing.
But there were a few things that seemed work related, 3 loads laundry, making chili, kitchen cleaning, vacuuming, changing beds, packing to leave tomorrow, running to the office, ...

Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.  Maybe next week.
Isn't it time to honor the sabbath?

Few people keep God's Sabbath day in our generation. Millions believe that the Sabbath commandment was abolished and millions of others think that it was replaced by Sunday.

Some think the only value of the Sabbath is rest. But properly kept, it is an expression of faith in God's word.
