The season of advent .... the season of waiting ....
We can slow down ...
its okay to say no to the invites, the excess, the spinning
I did that last night
Am doing it this morning
The work will still be there
And I know I am more effective when I'm not in a tail spin.

I can interpret and receive its beauty in either way.
